Alaska Airlines has a non-stop flight from Seattle to Tampa that leaves at 8:30 a.m. and arrives at 5 p.m. They provide entertainment DVD's but most people bring their laptops or tablets and watch movies. I can also text for free through T-Mobile with a service provided by the airlines. That came in very handy when I wanted to know what state we were flying over when our air was so choppy (Alabama). I just had to text Tracy and she could tell since she was tracking my flight!
I was also the first on the plane to know that the Seahawks traded Max Unger for the Saints Jimmy Graham. I wanted so bad to make an announce on the P.A. system! Haha!
Our flight had lots of older people on it. They clogged the aisles so much that the flight attendants couldn't do their jobs (i.e., picking up trash after food service). Also when it was turbulent and the captain turned the seat belt sign in they didn't sit down even after they were told a second time. Finally, they were told if they didn't sit down it would be at their own peril.
Another funny thing on this flight - I've seen many parents walking babies to keep them from being unhappy. But a dog?
