Pacific Coast Cruise 9-19-15 Victoria, B.C.

We had an early night last night after a long, exciting day boarding the ship and leaving Vancouver. I woke during the night to perfect quiet. The ship wasn't running and we must have just been floating out in international waters since it's probably only an hour travel time to Victoria!

We had a lazy morning until time to leave the ship. Rebecca and Andreas were picking us up at 11:30 to go to lunch. We went to a bar called The Snub in a fancy hotel - Oak Bay. This was our view:

After lunch, we went to their house and picked up Allie Jane and Kitty and took them for a long walk in an off-leash dog park. I really wouldn't call this place a park. It was more like woods with walking paths all through it and it surrounds a lake. It's huge.

Here's Allie Jane (she's a Great Dane):
Here's Kitty (she's half Great Dane half Bull Mastiff): Kitty isn't as tall as Allie but she's thicker in the body.

After we took the dogs home, we stopped for a cocktail before heading back to the ship. We had a fun day with Rebecca and Andreas!

We had another early night after dinner in the Windjammer. This cruising is hard work!

We had a towel animal tonight:
